I took my first dose of two tablets after breakfast and noticed all day that my skin looked blotchy. I took the second dose of two tablets after dinner and still noticed blotchiness into the night.
I thought that the blotchiness may have been caused by my rosacea, but I use a prescription topical cream to reduce any redness in my cheeks which works like a charm every time. The blotchiness was still there after using my rosacea cream.

How I Found Murad

My Holy Grail Of Zit Zappers
Having tried too many “zit creams” to recount, I must admit I was a bit skeptical about all the hype but figured, what the heck, it’s worth a try. Boy am I glad I tried it!!! What is great about this product is not only that you can use it/wear it under makeup but also that it doesn’t dry out the affected area as much as your traditional products. But yet, it seems to be more effective. Who doesn’t love that. Two key points though. First, the sooner you can apply this, the better. I have found that if I put this on a spot as soon as I see it coming, the creme seems to somehow be able to keep the zip from turning in to a full-blown zit and the whole affair is over in a day or two. If I wait until the pimple is full-fledged, then it take 3 or 4 days before I start to see improvement. Second, I’m not sure about seeing a reduction in the pimple within 4 hours as the product claims. For me, it takes more like a day or overnight, but this may vary from person to person. But bottom line, this works!
